At SMART Puppy Co., your privacy matters. When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, we collect limited personal information—such as your name, mobile phone number, and communication preferences—for the purpose of providing appointment confirmations, schedule updates, and other time-sensitive service-related communication. This mobile information is used strictly for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes (ever--we hate that too!).

You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message. Once we receive your opt-out request, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in. All mobile data is stored securely and protected using encryption and access controls. Access is limited to authorized personnel, and we routinely monitor our systems to safeguard against unauthorized use. In the event of a data breach affecting your mobile information, we will notify you within 72 hours and provide details on the nature of the breach and the steps we’re taking to resolve it.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with new regulations. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date, and significant changes may be communicated via email or SMS.
