The fastest way to start is to book a service directly through our website. For new puppy owners, we recommend the Madison Puppy Meet Ups for socialization and Discovery Call for training. If you are dealing with complex behavior issues like reactivity, please book a Discovery Call first so we can ensure we are the right fit for your needs.

We offer a complimentary 30-Minute Discovery Call. This gives us a chance to discuss your dog's specific behavior needs and challenges and recommend the right training program. We do not offer free in-person assessments, as our time is dedicated to working clients.

Puppy Meet Ups: Best for safe socialization (under 16 weeks).

Private Training (In-Person): Best for hands-on help with puppy training, manners, leash walking, and behavior modification in Madison, WI.

Virtual Training: Best for separation anxiety, fear, and clients outside of the Madison area.

SMART Memberships: Best for consistency and true behavior change

Yes. We offer Single Session Training for owners who need help troubleshooting specific issues or want a "tune-up." However, for new skill building for puppies or complex behaviors like separation anxiety or aggression, we highly recommend a membership to ensure consistent progress.

Private training sessions can be either 30 or 60 minutes depending on the membership you choose. This allows enough time to review progress, teach new skills, and practice without mentally exhausting your dog.

Virtual training is often more effective for behavioral issues like anxiety and reactivity. Because the trainer is not physically present, your dog stays under threshold (calm), allowing you to learn the mechanics of training without managing a stressed dog. We use Google Meet for the session and you get a copy of the recording and AI Notes.

We require 24 notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the session.
